As Vice President of Commercial Excellence, Justin works to build and maintain vendor business relationships and strategy management. In his role, he partners closely with internal stakeholders to ensure programs and relationships are not only comprehensive but tailored to meet the dynamic needs of our hospitals and industry.

Growing up the son of an Equine and Small Animal Veterinary Practice Owner in Arkansas, the passion for Animal Health has always been part of his life. Justin pursued his other passion for business by earning both BS and MBA degrees from the University of Arkansas in Business Management.

After graduating, Justin quickly returned to the Animal Health industry, initially working for DVM Resources, an Animal Health distribution company, before leaving to pursue a 13-year career with Elanco Animal Health, a Global AH Pharma organization. While at Elanco, Justin held Executive Leadership positions in the US Pet Health Veterinary Division in Field Management, Channel and Distribution Management, Corporate Account Management, and US Pet Health Retail Division in Commercial Sales Execution.

Justin lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife Dr. Metta Butler, DVM, daughters Hallie Cate and Maggie, along with their 2 dogs and cat.
