Jennifer Smiles has a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Process Improvement, and IT Change Management. Jen is currently completing the requirements to become a certified professional coach and is passionate about creating programs that facilitate breakthroughs in performance and positively impact the culture.

Jennifer currently oversees talent, performance management, coaching, and has recently taken responsibility for internal communications at Mission Veterinary Partners (MVP). Jen is married to Todd and is the busy mom to 3 teenagers; Gavin, Gabriella, and Gracyn.
