As Chief People Officer, Ted is responsible for building and maintaining MVP’s culture to ensure our people have what they need to do their jobs well in an environment where they can thrive. The People Solutions team serves employee relations and communications, payroll and benefits, learning and leadership development, as well as performance and talent management. A former CPA and small business owner, Ted graduated from Washington & Lee University and earned his Juris Doctor and MBA from SMU. Ted and his wife Jamye have two sons and an adorable peekapoo named Murphy.
