Perry joined Mission Veterinary Partners as the Chief Operating Officer in August 2019. Perry has over 27 years of experience as a CFO and Controller in a diverse range of industries, including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, service, medical, and construction.

Perry began his career in the veterinary field, serving as the CFO for Michigan Veterinary Specialists and Georgia Veterinary Specialists. He was instrumental in merging the two groups to form BluePearl and continued to operate BluePearl as the CFO.

With a demonstrated ability to drive organizational transformation, Perry has built his career by growing companies, establishing winning cultures, and helping teams realize their full potential.

Perry graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in accounting and has since earned his MBA in Management Leadership.
