In August 2019 Lisa became the Vice President of Integrations at MVP, leading the development of an innovative integration program for hospitals joining MVP. Drawing inspiration from MVP ‘s commitment to people and her own transformative experience during the acquisition of her father’s medical practice, Lisa has successfully overseen the assimilation of over 300 hospitals into our network.

Lisa now serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations. In this capacity she orchestrates the execution of hospital-impacting implementations designed to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. Working collaboratively with home office departments, Lisa translates initiatives and changes into easily digestible implementation plans for MVP hospitals.

Lisa is a Michigan State University alumna with a B.S. degree, is a registered nurse in Michigan, is trained in lean six Sigma, and brings over 30 years of leadership experience in multi-site healthcare management. Lisa resides in Oakland Count, Michigan and is enjoying her empty nest with her husband, Jim, and their yellow lab, Lawson.
