As the General Counsel for Mission Veterinary Partners and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Charles leads all operational and strategic legal issues, and oversees the legal, regulatory and compliance activities.

Prior to joining MVP, Charles served as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer for an asset management firm. Prior to that he was a transactional attorney at Bodman PLC and Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton.  

Charles holds a bachelor’s degree from Albion College and completed his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Outside of work Charles is involved with the Gift of Life Michigan, Grosse Pointe Crisis, St. John Hospital Men’s Guild, and the Annual Capuchin Souper Summer Celebration for the benefit of the Capuchin Soup Kitchen.

Charles lives in a suburb of Detroit with his wife, three kids and their border collie-springer spaniel.
