Courtney joined MVP in August 2019 and serves as the Chief Operations Officer. Courtney has spent her career in animal health, building vast and dynamic experience in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, capital equipment and compliance. Passionate about collaborating with hospitals to run a better business, she has extensive experience developing and implementing revenue generating strategies, inventory management processes and staff development.

Courtney is a southeast Michigan native and Michigan State alumni. Aside from spending time with her husband, Jeff, two sons and Ridgebacks, Courtney enjoys down time on the lake and downhill skiing.
